Meeting Theme: Teaching and Learning Anthropology: Why it Matters

About the Conference: The conference will be a one-day event at Whatcom Community College in beautiful Bellingham, WA.  There will be opportunities to network, build collaborations across campuses, and share successes (and failures) in our teaching and research through informal conversations and conference presentations and posters.  Saturday’s breakfast and lunch are included in the conference fee.  Optional educational field trips and social events on Friday and Sunday are also possible if there is interest. Bellingham has its own airport, and it is also within driving distance of Vancouver, BC and Seattle, WA.

 

Call for Presentations: Please submit a PDF file by email to the conference email address (nwsaccmeetings@gmail.com) by Friday, Jan. 24.  Proposals should include the following:

  • Name and affiliation
  • Title and abstract for poster or presentation (no more than 200 words)
  • Presentation type (standard 20 minute spoken paper, undergraduate student research poster, other).
